Crawl space & Basement Systems
DryCrawl™
We have assembled world class encapsulation products, systems and standards to provide the best protection to your family and home through crawlspace vapor barrier installation. A typical reconditioning can often be completed in one-day and you will see and experience the results, as 40%-60% of the make-up air IN your home comes FROM the crawlspace.
Program and project management
Our project managers are fully engaged and fully empowered to make decisions with you, the client. It is our job to educate you on the risks and dangers of poor crawlspace management and thoroughly explain the benefits of a well-encapsulated crawl. We are involved every step of the reconditioning process and well after we return the property back to you. Our estimates are typically firm-fixed-price with a "No Surprises" promise. Once we agree on a scope of work, you can expect that we will perform the work on time, on budget, and in a professional manner.
When a reconditioning project calls for fungus, mold, or pest remediation as well as restoration, DryCrawl™ and partner company American Mold & Restoration adhere strictly to industry standards of practice (IICRC S520) and EPA guidelines.
